Digital Citizenship

Beginning in the 2015-2016 school year, the West Morris Regional High School District instituted a digital citizenship seminar for Freshmen in conjunction with our Personalized Learning Initiative.

We are expanding digital citizenship for the 2019-2020 school year to all students in grades 9 through 12. Topics include:
  • Evaluating sources
  • Internet research
  • Copyright and fair use
  • Online etiquette
  • Healthy digital habits
  • Cyberbullying
  • Digital footprint
  • Privacy and data security
  • Publishing online

In addition, students will be exposed to and use the following digital tools:

  • PowerSchool Learning
  • G-Suite for Education
  • NoodleTools
  • WeVideo
  • ManageBac
